NBSFS-004 RFI BPA Pest Control

Background
The Government is seeking to identify qualified and capable contractors to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Pest Management Services at New Boston Space Force Station.

The goal of the contract is to ensure compliance with overarching Department of Defense (DoD) and Department of the Army (DoW) standards, specifically DODI 4150.07 Integrated Pest Management Standards.

Work Details
The Contractor shall furnish all necessary personnel, labor, equipment, environmentally compliant chemicals, and supervision to manage, control, and eradicate specified pest populations at New Boston Space Force Station (NBSFS).

The pests include Termites, Ticks, Wasps & Hornets, Ants, and Rodents. A Blanket Purchase Agreement will delineate set costs for labor, materials, and equipment based on linear feet (LF) or square feet (SF) of the expected application area. Each type of spray application must be addressed as a linear or square foot application and include the expected product application concentration (e.g., light, medium, heavy).

Due to the critical nature of the installation's operations, the contractor must meet specific response times: Emergency Responses require personnel on-site within 24 hours of official notification; Routine Service Calls require personnel on-site within 72 hours of official notification.

This opportunity is a 100% Small Business Set Aside. Bidders must demonstrate capability in Pest Control Services within secure DoD or government facilities. They are required to provide a capabilities statement outlining their experience and expertise in similar work.
