Description

Pursuant to FAR 6.302-2, the agency had an urgent need for these services and believed that delay could cause injury to the Government. The agency further believed that GovCIO was the only capable contractor that could begin work immediately upon contract signature. In accordance with FAR 6.303-1(e), the agency will prepare a justification for this contract within a reasonable time after contract award, as preparation and approval prior to award would have unreasonably delayed this acquisition.
