Description

The purpose of this this contract action, modification P00011 issued against contract 12639520C0093, is to acquire the services of additional scientific professionals in preparation for the transfer of biological materials, diagnostic samples and research specimens from Plum Island Animal Disease Center (PIADC) located in Plum Island, NY to the National Bio and Agro Defense Facility (NBAF) located in Manhattan, KS. This is a firm-fixed-price noncompetitive action. See attached justification (FAR 6.305).
