Description

This is an Award Notice prepared in accordance with FAR Part 15 Contracting by Negotiation procedures. The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) awarded bridge contract N00421-22-D-0093 that resulted from Solicitation N00421-22-R-0009 to DynCorp International LLC (DynCorp), 13500 Heritage Parkway, Fort Worth, TX 76177. DynCorp will provide continued Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) for Organizational, selected Intermediate, and limited Depot level maintenance and logistics support services for the Navy F/A-18C/D/E/F, EA-18G, MH-60S, E-2C, and F-16A/B/C/D aircraft at Naval Aviation Warfighting Development Center (NAWDC), Naval Air Station (NAS) Fallon, NV and multiple Continental United States (CONUS) detachment sites.

This effort was issued as a sole source to DynCorp Under NAICS Code 488190 (Other Support Activities for Air Transportation) as well as the Product Service Code (PSC) J015 (Maintenance/Repair/Rebuild of Equipment Aircraft and Airframe Structural Components) which resulted in the placement of a Single Award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with an eighteen (18) month ordering period. The contract consists of Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) CLINs for Aircraft Maintenance and Painting, a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) Standup CLIN, and Cost-Reimbursable CLINs for Travel and Direct Parts.
