Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), Webster Outlying Field (WOLF) Special Communications Missions Solutions Division has a requirement to procure Tactical Operations Center Network (TOCNET) tactical Intercommunications System (ICS) kits and spares. The Government will procure the above items on a sole source basis to SCI Technology, Inc through a five (5) year, Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract.

The Government intends to procure the above items under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1), FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
