NAWCAD WOLF Radio Cables   2

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Lakehurst, NJ intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with SupplyNet, Inc. for the procurement of SupplyNet, Inc. brand name radio cables and ancillary items. SupplyNet, Inc. is the only source with the requisite knowledge, experience, technical expertise, and necessary technical data that is required to continue production of the required radio cables and ancillary items. The Government intends to procure the radio cables and ancillary items through a five-year Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract.

THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services which the
Government intends to solicit and negotiate under the authority of 10 USC 3204(a)(1), FAR 6.302-1, Only one
responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A determination by the
Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice is solely within the
discretion of the Government. Responses must be received by the response date and time of this notice. Responses
must be sent via email to the POC listed.
