The purpose of this announcement is to provide the DRAFT Solicitation as well as the documents associated with the DRAFT Solicitation for the Integrated Command and Control and Intelligence (IC2&I) Division, N00421-18-R-0072. A Table of Contents identifying the contents of the Section J attachments can be found on Page 82 of the DRAFT Solicitation.

Description of Requirement: The Naval Air Warfare Center - Aircraft Division, Procurement Group, at Patuxent River, MD intends to procure, on a competitive basis, the services necessary to provide engineering and equipment installation services from concept through deployment of Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence (C4I) systems including legacy, current, and next generation shipboard interior and Exterior Communications (EXCOMM); shipboard radios; and transportable, airborne, and fixed shore termination communications systems, subsystems, and components for the IC2&I Division.

This procurement will be a full and open competition. The solicitation number is N00421-18-R-0072. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541330 Engineering Services, with a small business size standard of $41,500,000.00. The Product Service Code (PSC) for this requirement is N058 - Installation of Communication, Detection and Coherent Radiation Equipment. This requirement is a follow-on procurement to Seaport-e task order N00178-04-D-4018-M806. Any resultant solicitation will be released on beta.sam.gov.
