Description of Requirement: The Naval Air Warfare Center-Aircraft Division (A251300) at Patuxent River, MD intends to procure, on a competitive basis, the services necessary to provide Engineering Products and Technical Services for the (4.11.7) Air Traffic Control and Landing Systems (ATC&LS). The services shall include fleet support; supply support, technical support; pre-positioned technical support; systems improvement; systems development; systems test and evaluation; software development, test, and maintenance; field change program; production; special purpose test fixture development; test bed support; and overhaul and restoration program support.

This procurement will be a full and open competition. The solicitation number is N00421-20-R-0119. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541330 - Engineering Services, with a small business size standard of $41,500,000.00. The Product Service Code (PCS) for this requirement is J058 Maintenance, Repair, Rebuild of Equipment: Communication, Detection, and Coherent Radiation Equipment.
