NAWCAD WOLF Draft RFP for Crisis Response and Interoperable Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Combat Electronic Systems (CRIC-ES)   4

Background
The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Webster Outlying Field (WOLF) Special Communications Mission Solutions (SCMS) Division provides full spectrum Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Combat Systems, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) systems engineering solutions to the warfighter. The SCMS Division leads diverse customer-driven projects that are rapid in nature and vary in duration. The SCMS Division receives funds as a Working Capital Fund (WCF) organization from a broad range of Department of Defense (DoD) and non-DoD customers to provide best value C5ISR solutions to on-the-ground end users, including joint forces commands and disaster recovery/first responders.

Work Details
The purpose of this Statement of Work (SOW)/Performance Work Statement (PWS) is to develop and provide a full range of Crisis Response and Interoperable Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Combat Electronic Systems (CRIC-ES) solutions and products to facilitate communications and knowledge transfer at crisis locations worldwide. This includes supporting the operational requirements of the current CRIC-ES developed systems, modifications and enhancements for these systems, and developing and maintaining solutions and products for multiple customers; to include, Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) and Non-NAVAIR.

Place of Performance
The contractor site is located within fifty (50) ground transportable miles of Webster Outlying Field (WOLF), St. Inigoes, MD.
