NAWCAD WOLF Counter Uncrewed Systems Support Services   3

Background
The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) is issuing this solicitation for Counter Uncrewed Systems Support Services at Webster Outlying Field (WOLF). The goal of the contract is to provide support and sustainment for Counter Uncrewed Systems (CUXS), which includes systems for detection, characterization, identification, mitigation, and assessment of platforms. This contract will utilize a full and open competitive procurement process resulting in a Single Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) task orders.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for various tasks including: system integration, production and fabrication, in-service engineering, training, logistics engineering, supply and material control, testing, CUXS operations, laboratory maintenance, frequency management and spectrum authorization, and technical management. The contractor must maintain a TOP SECRET facility clearance and comply with the Service Contract Act of 1965. Additionally, the contractor will provide training support and materials for CUXS systems across different project phases including Operations & Maintenance (O&M), Production & Modernization (PROC), and Research Development Test & Evaluation (RDT&E). Specific requirements include developing training curriculums, scheduling training sessions, providing technical library services, conducting system inspections according to government-approved procedures, and supporting documented performance metrics tied to program objectives.

Place of Performance
Approximately 94% of work will be performed at the Government site at NAWCAD WOLF in St. Inigoes, MD; 6% of work will be conducted at the contractor's site within 50 drivable miles of NAWCAD WOLF.
