NAWCAD WOLF Airborne Systems Integration (ASI) Division Air Platform Engineering and Integration (APEI)   3

Background
The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Webster Outlying Field (WOLF) at Patuxent River, MD intends to procure services on a competitive basis for engineering and integration of various airborne capabilities. The goal is to support the Department of Navy (DON), Department of Defense (DoD), and other Government agency projects by providing technical, engineering, modernization, installation, integration, test, and operational services. This requirement is a follow-on procurement for N00421-21-D-0001.

Work Details
The contractor will provide a range of services including:
- Engineering services for airborne capabilities
- Installation engineering and equipment integration
- Overhauls and design engineering
- Test and evaluation of systems
- User and maintainer training
- On-demand operational support.
The contractor must also support manufacturing processes including project planning, fabrication of prototypes, quality control, and integration of systems. Specific tasks include installation of aviation systems into various platforms, troubleshooting, debugging, and maintenance activities to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Place of Performance
Work will be performed at Government sites including NAWCAD WOLF in St. Inigoes, MD (approximately 52% on-site work) and Naval Air Station (NAS) Patuxent River in Patuxent River, MD (approximately 48% on-site work), with additional locations potentially required.
