*Amendment 0002 is hereby issued to incorporate the modified Statement of Work, updated Statement of Work diagrams, and to extend the solicitation date through 4/1/2025, 5:00 PM EDT.*

The Naval Air Warfare Center - Aircraft Division, Lakehurst (NAWCAD LKE) has a requirement for the procurement, assembly, and installation of furniture for the NAWCAD LKE Building 562 Room 230 Work Area Build v3, in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW). The Government intends to award a Firm- Fixed-Price contract. The Period of Performance (PoP) for the resultant award shall be ninety (90) days after contract award.

*A discretionary site visit will be offers for this requirement. Attendance is NOT a requirement for award but it highly encouraged. Any offeror attending a site visit shall do so at its own expense. The Government will not compensate or be responsible for any costs associated with a site visit. A guided site visit will be conducted on 6 March 2025 and commence at 09:15AM EST. Attendees shall contact Francine Main, email: francine.a.main.civ@us.navy.mil, to confirm attendance and arrange base access and coordinate your arrival. Attendees shall confirm attendance no later than forty-eight (48) hours prior to commencement of the site visit.

Background
The Naval Air Warfare Center - Aircraft Division, Lakehurst (NAWCAD LKE) is seeking to procure, assemble, and install furniture for the NAWCAD LKE Building 562 Room 230 Work Area Build v3. The goal of this contract is to enhance the functionality of the workspace in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW). The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price contract.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing and installing designated furniture as specified in the SOW. The items to be procured include:

1. Two (2) Private Office Suites with Systems Furniture Enclosures;
2. Four (4) Freestanding Lab Furniture Workareas with common Systems Furniture Enclosure;
3. One (1) Collaboration Set;
4. One (1) Standard Systems Furniture Workarea;
5. Seven (7) Chair Mats;
6. Two (2) Front Step-On Trash Cans (locations to be determined upon delivery).

All items must meet the salient physical, functional, or performance characteristics specified in the solicitation and must be new equipment only; no remanufactured or gray market items are allowed.

Period of Performance
The Period of Performance for the resultant award shall be ninety (90) days after contract award.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, Lakehurst, New Jersey.
