NAWCAD Comptroller Department Business and Financial Support Services   4

This is a Request for Proposal for the Comptroller Department and the Program and Business Analysis Department.

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Contracts Department (AIR 2.5.1.8), Patuxent River, MD announces its intention to procure, on a competitive basis, the services necessary to support the NAWCAD Comptroller Department and the Program and Business Analysis requirements for Financial Support Services.
This requirement is a follow-on procurement previously satisfied via five (5) separate Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) SeaPort-e contracts each with five (5) year task orders.

This procurement is being set aside for small business. The Product Service Code (PSC) for this effort is R170 and the applicable NAICS is 541219 with a Small Business Size standard of $20.5M.

A pre-solicitation notice for this effort was posted on 18 January 2019.

PROPOSAL SUBMISSION
Proposal Submission deadline is no later than Monday, 8 April 2019 at 14:00 EST.

Offerors may submit questions requesting clarification of solicitation requirements by emailing the contract specialist at sarah.morley@navy.mil. It is required that all questions be received within 10 calendar days of the date this solicitation is issued.
