** 02 March 2022 UPDATE**

TARCES has been awarded to Smartronix, LLC. of Hollywood, MD on 01 March 2022 for a total value of $133,627,480.60.

** 02 AUGUST 2021 UPDATE**

Amendment 0001 has been released and updated in the Attachments for the TARCES requirement, the proposal due date has been extended to 16 AUGUST 2021. Additionally the Q&A for the initial TARCES Solicitation have been included with the Amendment 0001 updated documents.

**15 JULY 2021 UPDATE**

The TARCES Solicitation has been released and all documents are available to interesred parties. Additionally included are the questions submitted by industry in the draft phase of this solicitation and the government's responses. Please ensure that all questions regarding this release of the FINAL solicitation are submitted within 10 calendar days of the solicitation posting. Questions asked after this initial period may potentially not be reviewed and/or answered by the Government.

**14 JULY 2021 UPDATE**

The Government anticipates the release of the TARCES RFP by the end of this week (16 July 2021), all interested parties please be advised.

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Webster Outlying Field (WOLF) Special Communications Mission Solutions (SCMS) Division supports the warfighter by providing best value, full-spectrum Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Combat systems, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) engineering from requirements definition through sustainment within Continental United States (CONUS), and Outside Continental United States (OCONUS). The SCMS Division's cradle-to-grave systems engineering approach ensures interoperability, supportability, and connectivity among fielded equipment. The SCMS Division provides rapid operations and support of C5ISR systems for small/large craft, rotary/fixed wing aircraft, commercial/militarized vehicles, transit cases, mobile communications, fixed based stations, command centers, and intelligence systems. The in-service support for C5ISR systems is funded by a broad range of customers to include: uniformed services such as the Navy and Marine Corps, agencies such as the National Guard Bureau and joint services such as United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM), Central Command (CENTCOM), and European Command (EUCOM).
