Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), Lakehurst, issued a firm fixed price, sole source basis contract with General Micro Systems, Inc. This action will procure commercial computer servers in support of NAWCAD Webster Outlying Field Airborne Systems Integration Division.

The Government procured the above items under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1), Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A determination by the Government, not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
