On behalf of the Naval Construction Group Two (NCG 2), GSA is conducting market research related to the subject requirement. NOTE: Only responses via the URL will be accepted! The Naval Construction Group Two (NCG 2) is seeking warehouse supply services for their operations at the Naval Construction Battalion Center (NCBC) in Gulfport, MS. The contractor will be responsible for providing all personnel, equipment, supplies, and other items necessary to perform warehouse services at NCG 2. This includes managing and maintaining the Maritime Prepositioning Force (MPF) Naval Construction Element (NCE), MPF Fly In Echelon (FIE), Naval Construction Force Construction Capability Augment (NCFCCA) Tables of Allowance (TOAs), and equipment maintenance and inventory management for the Rota, Spain Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) TOA. The period of performance for this contract is a base year and four option years. The place of performance will be at NCG 2 in Gulfport, MS and Camp Mitchell in Rota, Spain.

The contractor will be responsible for providing data input, warehouse services, and equipment maintenance for NCG 2. They will need to have experience in project supervision, supply technician duties, inventory management, equipment maintenance, and more. The contractor will also need to have knowledge of Navy supply procedures and systems such as R-Supply, 3-M system, and RCRP. The work environment will vary depending on the specific task but will primarily be conducted in an office environment with occasional periods spent in the warehouse.

The contractor will need to meet certain qualifications for each specific task.
