Description

The Strategic Systems Programs (SSP) plans to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Custom Computer Programming Services. This is an 8(a) competitive follow-on contract for the services (including updates) currently provided under contract N00030-15-C-0018. The Contractor would provide support for the following functions; Production Operations and Business Process Teams Support, Data and Analytics Support, Customer Liaison (CL) Team Support, Field Activity Support, Program Management and Integration Support, SPEBO SME/Tier 2/3 Level Support, and United Kingdom (UK) business activity support.

The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Priced (FFP) Level of Efffort (LOE) type contract with a one (1) year base and four (4) one (1) year option periods. This is a 100% set-aside for competition among firms certified by the Small Business Administration as 8(a) Small Business. The NAICS code is 541511 with a size standard of $15.0M.
This synopsis shall serve as the pre-solicitation notice for the RFP. The RFP would be issued and evaluated in accordance with FAR 12/15. The anticipated release date of the RFP is May 2019.
