Description

Letterkenny Army Depot intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order contract to
procure 4 EA of Base Structure HVAC Specification PN W36AYDB09VXXXXE and 4
EA of SPONSON Structure HAVC Specification PN W60AYDB15VXXXXE for two
existing HVAC Systems with the NAVY SPONSON Program. A Purchase description
will be provided at the time the solicitation is posted. The contract will be a one-time
procurement. The procurement will be set-aside 100% for small business. The 2022
North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code 333415 Air-
Conditioning and Warm Air Heating Equipment and Commercial and Industrial
Refrigeration Equipment Manufacturing, the size standard is 1,250 employees, and the
product code/service code is 4120 Air Conditioning Equipment. This will be Freight On
Board (FOB) destination to Letterkenny Army Depot, Chambersburg, PA 17201-4150.
Solicitation number W911N2-24-R-0013 will be released on or about 6 MAR 2024, with
a closing date on or about 20 MAR 2024. The annotated closing date for the solicitation
is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the
solicitation. The solicitation will not close prior to the annotated closing date. All
interested sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by this agency. A
copy of the solicitation can be downloaded from https://www.sam.gov on or about 6
MAR 2024. It is noted that offerors must be registered in the System for Award
Management (SAM) Database to receive a Government contract award. Offerors may
register for SAM at: https://www.sam.gov. Questions concerning this synopsis should be
