Navy - ISC2 CCSP Bootcamp Training Course - MRAS

The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA), on behalf of the Navy, is conducting market research to identify potential vendors capable of delivering a Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP) training course. This initiative is aimed at equipping employees from the Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane with essential cybersecurity skills. The overarching goal is to ensure that the NSWC Crane's cybersecurity workforce meets necessary certification and continuing education requirements, which are integral conditions of their employment.

The scope of work outlined in this request for information (RFI) involves providing a comprehensive 5-day CCSP training bootcamp. This training is intended to enhance participants' knowledge and skills in cloud security design, implementation, architecture, operations, controls, and compliance with regulatory frameworks. The course should align with globally recognized standards to adequately prepare participants for the CCSP certification exam. Training sessions must be conducted during normal working hours and accommodate between 10 to 15 students per class.

Vendors responding to this RFI must collaborate with the Workforce Development Branch of Human Resources at NSWC Crane to schedule training dates within the specified period ending September 15, 2026. It is crucial that all sessions meet the minimum enrollment requirement; otherwise, they may be rescheduled or canceled at the government's discretion without penalty. Upon successful completion of each course session, vendors are expected to submit invoices within ten business days.
