Navy Exchange Service Command- Ship Store Program- Miscellaneous Items For Resale

Background
The requirement is for the acquisition of brand name commercial items for authorized resale in the NEXCOM Ship Store Program. The NEXCOM Ships Store Program is designed to provide the stores on Navy ships with quality of life products for sailors at sea. The contractor is required to furnish all supplies, parts, and equipment needed to acquire and ship the items. The items must be supplied to specific zones including San Diego, California; Pacific Northwest; Hawaii; Norfolk, Virginia; Export; Mayport, Florida; and Diego Garcia.

Work Details
The specific products to be acquired include beverages, supplements, hygiene products, candy, chips, and various other snacks. Items are to be shipped to addresses per each individual delivery order.
All transportation charges for the articles to be furnished shall be paid by the contractor. Parts or components described herein by reference to a manufacturer’s name and/or part number and nomenclature shall be furnished in strict accordance with the manufacturer’s published data relating to said supplies except to the extent otherwise specified in this contract. Complete interchangeability of parts with original equipment is mandatory.

Period of Performance
The period of performance includes one 12-month base period exercised at the discretion of the government.

Place of Performance
The geographic locations where the product will be delivered include San Diego, California; Pacific Northwest; Hawaii; Norfolk, Virginia; Export; Mayport, Florida; and Diego Garcia.
