Navy Enterprise Network (ONENET) Augmentation and Resilience

Background
The Navy Enterprise Network (ONENET) Augmentation and Resilience initiative is part of the U.S. Department of the Navy's efforts to establish a secure and common information technology infrastructure for Navy locations outside the continental United States (OCONUS).

This initiative spans three regions: Europe, Far East, and the Middle East, supporting operations for the U.S. Indo-Pacific Command (INDOPACOM). The goal is to enhance network resiliency and connectivity in these areas, which have unique infrastructure requirements.

Work Details
PEO Digital seeks highly specialized cloud services for its ONE-NET pilot program, which includes:
- Establishing a hybrid cloud environment with centralized management in a hub-and-spoke network.
- Providing access to an enterprise-wide area network (WAN) that meets specific testing requirements, including:
- Testing at specific geographic locations/connection points relevant to areas of responsibility.
- Avoiding key geographic areas and nation-states.
- Enabling hybrid-multi-cloud connection capabilities for resilience.
- Meeting minimum government requirements such as ensuring 99.999% network availability, supporting a minimum bandwidth of 100 gigabits per second, providing a web user interface for managing network connectivity, encrypting data at rest and in transit, and enabling real-time observability of data transport and network performance.

Period of Performance
The contract will have a base period of performance lasting six months.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed in various OCONUS locations across Europe, the Far East, and the Middle East.
