2) 52.204-25-Prohibition on Contracting for Certain Telecommunications and Video Surveillance Services or Equipment.

1) Section K is hereby amended to incorporate provision DFARS 252.225-7974 "Representation Regarding Business Operations with the Maduro Regime."

Complete design and construction work necessary for a Design-Build (DB) project to construct the site preparations required to support installation of four (4) pre-fabricated components, which will form an Entry Control Point (ECP), Entry Control Facility (ECF), Access Control Point / Commercial Vehicle Inspection Station (CVIS) training simulator to include installation of electrical components and Roadways (with lane striping, directional markings, and stop signs) constructed of approximately 1,400 square yards of asphalt will also be required to access and utilize the ECP/CVIS training simulator.

This RESTRICTED ACQUISITION is set-aside for Women-owned small business, prior to the closing date of the solicitation. Eligibility status under the WOSB Program is determined in accordance with 13 CFR part 127; to be eligible offerors shall have submitted documents verifying its eligibility at the time of initial offer to the WOSB Program Repository.
