Description

The General Services Administration (GSA), on behalf of the Navy, is conducting market research to support the Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane. The primary goal of this initiative is to ensure the continued operational efficiency and reliability of NSWC Crane's IT telecommunication systems. This effort aligns with the Navy's broader objectives of maintaining robust and secure communication infrastructures essential for mission-critical operations.

The work being requested involves a comprehensive maintenance plan for Continuant Avaya systems, specifically tailored to enhance the telecommunications framework at NSWC Crane. The requirement includes a 12-month Continuant Avaya Maintenance Advantage Plan (MAP), which encompasses various components crucial for sustaining advanced telecommunication functionalities. This plan includes a block of 50 annual hours dedicated to maintenance services, ensuring that any technical issues can be promptly addressed by experts.

Additionally, the solicitation specifies the need for several key components: four G450 Gateway Base Plans and one G400 Gateway Base Plan, which are instrumental in facilitating seamless data and voice communications across different platforms. Furthermore, there is a requirement for an AVAYA Key System VM Base Plan that provides support for larger and smaller servers as well as PBX base plans. These elements are vital in maintaining an efficient telecommunications network capable of supporting both current operations and future expansions.
