The requirement includes a 12-month Continuant Avaya Maintenance Advantage Plan (MAP), which encompasses various components crucial for sustaining advanced telecommunication functionalities. This plan includes a block of 50 annual hours dedicated to maintenance services, ensuring that any technical issues can be promptly addressed by experts.
