The General Services Administration (GSA), on behalf of the United States Navy, is conducting market research to identify potential contractors capable of providing comprehensive support services for the Naval Construction Training Center (NCTC) located in Gulfport, Mississippi. Key responsibilities under this contract include providing administrative assistance to Navy Military Training staff and performing Command Pay and Personnel Administrator functions for student personnel. Contractor personnel will be expected to manage student records meticulously by updating databases with accurate information regarding student orders, transfers, pay issues while ensuring compliance with Privacy Act/Personally Identifiable Information requirements. Additionally, they will facilitate communication between students and departmental heads regarding duty assignments while coordinating necessary medical appointments related to sea duty screenings or overseas deployments.
