Background
The Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) is seeking to modernize and automate its business processes through the acquisition of ServiceNow software. This initiative aims to replace existing legacy IT Service Management systems and enhance project visibility, optimize resource management, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. The procurement is conducted under the authority of the Multiple Award Schedule Program, specifically utilizing the DoD Enterprise Software Initiative Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) Contract #: N66001-19-A-0120.

Work Details
The acquisition focuses on the following ServiceNow modules: IT Service Management (ITSM) and Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM). The key functionalities include:
- Streamlining and automating IT processes such as incident, problem, change, and request management.
- Improving user experience with robust reporting and analytics capabilities.
- Consolidating existing IT infrastructure. The intent is to procure ServiceNow from Carahsoft Technology Corporation for a Firm Fixed Price call order.

Period of Performance
Base Year: 1 year from date of award; Option Year 1: 1 year from date of renewal; Option Year 2: 1 year from date of renewal; Option Year 3: 1 year from date of renewal; Option Year 4: 1 year from date of renewal.

The contract will be performed at the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Headquarters located at Port Hueneme, CA.
