NAVFAC Northwest, Waterfront (WF) Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC)   3

Background
The NAVFAC Northwest is issuing this solicitation for a Waterfront Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) to support the design, construction, supervision, equipment, material, labor, and all means necessary for renovation, repair, and new construction of facility projects at various Government installations.

The contract aims to enhance the infrastructure at these installations across multiple states including Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Alaska, Iowa, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, and Wyoming. The anticipated primary location for most work is Washington State. This MACC is designed to accommodate both Design-Bid-Build (DBB) and Design-Build (DB) project delivery methods.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for a wide range of construction tasks including but not limited to: renovation of existing facilities; repair works; new construction projects; and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.

The contract encompasses various trades and types of projects that may include structural work, electrical installations, plumbing services, HVAC systems installation and maintenance, site preparation and landscaping. The contractor must also adhere to subcontracting requirements which includes maintaining records of subcontracting efforts with small businesses and ensuring compliance with established goals.

Place of Performance
The construction projects will primarily take place in Washington State but may also extend to various Government installations located in Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Alaska, Iowa, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, and Wyoming.
