N44255-25-R-1503, VENTI MACC: Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP), Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) to provide design/build and design/bid/build work for new construction, renovation, alteration, and repair work. The work will be performed at various locations within the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Northwest (NW) Area of Responsibility (AOR) including, but not limited to: Alaska, Idaho, Iowa, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oregon, South Dakota, Washington, and Wyoming. It is anticipated that most of the work will occur in Washington State.

The estimated total aggregate capacity of the MACC is $9,000,000,000 over one 12-month base period, two 24-month option periods, and one 36-month option period, for a maximum duration of 96 months, for work under primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 236220 and secondary NAICS codes 237990, 237130, 237310.

Task orders issued under the MACC will range from approximately $50,000,000 to no maximum value per order.

Background
The NAVFAC Northwest is issuing an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) aimed at providing design/build and design/bid/build services for new construction, renovation, alteration, and repair work at various Government installations across multiple states including Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Alaska, Iowa, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, and Wyoming.

The total estimated value of the MACC is $9 billion over a maximum duration of 96 months. This contract aims to support the mission of the NAVFAC by ensuring that facilities are maintained and constructed to meet operational needs.

Work Details
The MACC encompasses a wide range of construction tasks including:
1. New construction projects for various facility types such as industrial buildings, maintenance facilities, warehouses, production sites, communication centers, personnel support facilities, recreation areas, lodging facilities, medical centers, training ranges, roads and aviation facilities.
2. Renovation and alteration work on existing structures to upgrade or modify them according to current standards.
3. Repair work to address maintenance issues in existing facilities.
4. Projects will be executed under both Design-Bid-Build (DBB) and Design-Build (DB) methodologies.
5. Each task order will be issued with its own specific design documents tailored to the project requirements.

Place of Performance
Work will primarily occur in Washington State but may also take place in Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Alaska, Iowa, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, and Wyoming.
