Description

Upgrade a newly-renovated Facility 127 to provide a Secure Working Area (SWA) that meets current Secure Compartmented Facility (SCIF) and Open Secret Storage (OSS) facility standards. All work will be executed in accordance with the Construction Security Plan (CSP) developed specifically for this project. Technical specifications, drawings and CSP will be provided to offerors with a current facility clearance.
Background
This solicitation is issued by the U.S. Naval Forces Europe (NAVEUR) for a firm-fixed price construction contract aimed at renovating secured areas of the P-8A Operations & Fleet Support Center facilities located at Keflavik Air Station, Iceland.

The goal is to construct a Secure Working Area (SWA) that complies with current Secure Compartmented Facility (SCIF) and Open Secret Storage (OSS) standards, supporting operations for Commander, Task Force SIX-SEVEN (CTF-67) and Commander, U.S. Naval Forces Europe.

This project will provide centralized operational space for deployed units involved in Patrol and Reconnaissance and Theater Anti-Submarine Warfare missions within the EUCOM Area of Responsibility.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing labor, materials, and equipment necessary to upgrade Facility 127 into a Secure Working Area (SWA).

The work must adhere to the Construction Security Plan (CSP) developed specifically for this project. The tasks include:
- Renovation of existing secured areas to meet SCIF and OSS standards.
- Compliance with all technical specifications and drawings provided to offerors with a current facility clearance.
- Execution of a Design-Bid-Build project methodology.
