The Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) intends to issue a solicitation, otherwise known as a RPP, through the Naval Surface Technology & Innovation Consortium (NSTIC). This announcement is to provide industry advanced notification of Government's intent.

Prior to issuance of the RPP, NSWCDD will conduct a virtual Industry Day event on Tuesday, 01 September 2020 to present additional information regarding anticipated OTA topics. The Industry Day event is open to NSTIC members and Government employees. NSWCDD requires innovative technological solutions to develop and prototype innovative technologies that address current and future threats in the surface and maritime environment. This announcement provides notice of the current technology areas from which topics are to be solicited for NSTIC-20. The technology areas are as follows:
