Incumbent Analysis (see Incumbents section for more detail)
This opportunity appears to have a confirmed incumbent based on prior USACE maintenance dredging work at Naval Submarine Base Kings Bay, including contract W912EP25CA014 awarded to Weeks Marine for $28,128,150 (10/06/25–04/20/26). The described scope closely matches the current effort—maintenance dredging of the Kings Bay Entrance Channel (Cut-1N through Range-E) with placement of dredged material at the Fernandina ODMDS and nearshore/beach placement areas, along with similar incidental environmental monitoring and beach fill quality control/tilling. A closely related prior award also indicates ongoing dredging support at Kings Bay (W912EP23C0023 to Great Lakes Dredge & Dock Co for $18,447,380), and a potential incumbent contract (W912EP25CA001 to Cottrell Contracting Corporation) reflects continued Kings Bay maintenance dredging activities in the same general area.
