Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) Project Management System (PMS-ES)

This requirement is submitted to all current Alliant 2 contract holders for IT services under NAICS code 541513 - Computer Facilities Management Services. The purpose of this requirement is for the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) to acquire Information Technology (IT) professional services to support the Project Management System Extranet Sites (PMS-ES). The scope of the NAVSEA PMS-ES requirement consists of providing IT professional services for the operations and maintenance of the PMS-ES architecture in support of the NAVSEA shipbuilding programs. The PMS-ES workload consists of 30% maintenance of the existing PMS-ES system and 70% adding modules, modifying existing modules, or improving the PMS-ES system overall. Task 3 Software Programming Applications Support d. Task 4 Help Desk Support e. Task 5 Network Engineering f. Task 6 Database Administration
