Naval Medical Center Portsmouth - IMD Telecommunications Upgrade

Background
The contract is for the procurement, installation, and programming of Audio Visual (AV) system equipment at Naval Medical Center main Auditorium located at 620 John Paul Jones Circle Portsmouth, Virginia 23708, building 3, 2nd floor. The contract requires fully operational equipment and systems that meet government requirements and interface with existing government provided equipment. All equipment must be TAA compliant. The contract also requires a system design/drawing that will include any changes, recommendations, wiring, with the new installation.
All components or equipment installed must be new and fully operational prior to government testing and acceptance. This contract requires operational training for staff members at the installation location. No refurbished equipment will be used for this installation. A one-year equipment replacement warranty is required for all newly installed equipment.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform AV system installation as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). This includes the procurement, installation, and programming of all requested AV equipment for Naval Medical Center Portsmouth (NMCP), along with testing all installed equipment to ensure it interfaces with existing government equipment.
The contractor is responsible for providing a turn-key installation with a two-equipment replacement warranty requirement.

Period of Performance
The period of performance shall be for one (1) Base Year from 02 April 2024 to 01 April 2025.

The work will be performed at Naval Medical Center Portsmouth located at 620 John Paul Jones Circle Portsmouth, Virginia 23708, main Auditorium building 3, 2nd floor.
