Incumbent Analysis (see Incumbents section for more detail)
This opportunity appears to have a confirmed incumbent based on prior work under Contract N0017819D7264-N6600121F3501, awarded to Booz Allen Hamilton for $189,986,894 (02/23/21–09/30/26). The predecessor scope included engineering, technical, and programmatic services for NIWC Pacific’s enterprise communications and networks, covering program management support, networking/communications and computer systems engineering, cybersecurity/information assurance, and related IT/system design and certification activities. The current TORFP similarly calls for Naval Enterprise Networks (NEN) Integrated Product Team (IPT) engineering, integration, and program management support at NIWC Pacific with cybersecurity compliance and reporting responsibilities, suggesting continuity of the same network/program management mission area.
