This is not an amendment. This is a notification to potential offerors that the Government intends to issue an amendment the week of 5 July. The amendment will include an extension to the due date and answers to questions submitted in response to the solicitation.

This NATTC COMS/CIS Solicitation Notice, Request for Proposal (FP), is in follow-up to the Pre-solicitation and Sources Sought notice number N6134022R0008.

Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD), Orlando, FL has a requirement for Contractor Operation and Maintenance Services (COMS) and Contractor Instructor Services (CIS) in support of the Naval Air Technical Training Center (NATTC) customer. Performance is will take place at NATTC Pensacola, FL and the Center for Naval Aviation Technical Training Detachment (CNATTDET) at Joint Base McGuire/Dix/Lakehurst (JBMDL) Lakehurst, NJ. The center graduates approximately 15,000 Navy and Marine students yearly.

NAWCTSD anticipates competing this requirement as a small business set-aside utilizing the best value trade off source selection procedures of FAR part 15. The requirement is anticipated to be awarded as a Firm Fixed Price contract with a 78 month period of performance. The NAICS code for this effort will be 511430 and the PSC code will be J069.
