The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) at Patuxent River, MD is releasing the attached FINAL Solicitation for the NSG PSMI Multiple Award Contract (MAC).

This contract requirement is a follow-on MAC for sustainment-focused management services, which will support customers across NAVAIR. NSG PSMI Department is the Requirement Owner (RO) for this effort. NAVAIR Program Office sustainment teams and sustainment functional activities are the target users for this vehicle.

Update: 15 November 2021

The Government is hereby providing the answers to the questions received from industry for the final PSMI RFP as of 15 November 2021. An amendment to the RFP is forthcoming.

The Government is hereby providing Amendment 0001 via attachment: N0042121R0115-0001 PSMI MAC FINAL

In this amendment, the Government is extending the proposal receipt date to 06 December 2021 and update Section L as indicated in Section A, Amendment 0001.

Background
The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) at Patuxent River, MD is releasing the attached FINAL Solicitation for the NSG PSMI Multiple Award Contract (MAC). This contract requirement is a follow-on MAC for sustainment-focused management services, which will support customers across NAVAIR. NSG PSMI Department is the Requirement Owner (RO) for this effort.

Work Details
This SOW is intended to provide IPS program management and logistics support services in acquisition and sustainment for the life cycle of specified weapons systems, SoS, sub-systems, and Support Equipment (SE). NAVAIR Program Offices, Echelon III /IV Commands, and NSG Departments are planned customers for the services provided under this contract. These services will support multiple logistics functional leads, including PSMI Department, Program Office Product Support Managers (PSMs), Assistant Program Managers for Logistics (APMLs), respective Integrated Product Team (IPT) Deputy APMLs, Logistics Element Managers (LEMs), and Fleet staffs Resident Independent Logistics Support Detachments.

Period of Performance
The anticipated award date for the NSG PSMI MAC has been revised from 22 April 2022 to the following week with a period of performance start date of 02 May 2022. The anticipated award date has been further revised to reflect an award date no later than 27 May 2022. The contract will have a five (5) year base ordering period and one (1) three-year option. Each task order issued as a result of this PSMI MAC will have its own Period of Performance.
