The Naval Air Warfare Center - Aircraft Division (NAWC-AD) at Patuxent River, MD has a requirement for

This Range Services requirement will be conducted on the basis of full and open competition. The resulting award will be a C type, Level of Effort contract that includes a one-year base period and nine (9) one-year options.

The Product/Service Code (PSC) for this procurement is AC14, R&D- Defense System: Aircraft (Engineering Development).

In an effort to ensure the requirements/instructions in the solicitation are clear and concise, the Government is providing the opportunity for industry to submit questions related to the solicitation. Industry questions are required by 12:00 Noon EST on Wednesday, 29 May 2019. technical support services in support of the Atlantic Test Range (ATR), and the Atlantic Targets and Marine Operations (ATMO) Division (5.3.3).
