Background
The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), located in Patuxent River, MD, is seeking to procure moving support services to assist with operations at various locations including St. Inigoes, Solomon’s Annex, and government leased spaces in St. Mary’s County.

The goal of this contract is to facilitate the relocation of personnel, furniture, and equipment while ensuring that all necessary support services are provided efficiently.

Work Details
The contractor will provide comprehensive moving support services which include:
- Crating, moving, storage, inventory management, uncrating, disassembly, and assembly of office furniture and lab equipment.
- Minor carpentry services such as repair and alteration of interior finishes.
- Electrical services including minor repairs and electrical service connections to interior spaces and component furniture.
- All necessary vehicles, permits, equipment, labor, scheduling, estimating, and supervision must be included in the service provision.
- Contractor employees will not have decision-making or signature authority for the government.
- Normal working hours are Monday through Friday from 0730 to 1600.
- On-call services must be provided with a response time of six hours for requests.

Period of Performance
The anticipated period of performance is five years starting from March 2025.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at Naval Air Systems Command Patuxent River locations including St. Inigoes, Solomon’s Annex, and various government leased spaces in St. Mary’s County.
