NAVAIR AEA IPT FPGA Prototyping Platform   4

The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD), Point Mugu, California, has procured an advanced Field-Programmable Gate Array (FPGA)-based Prototyping Platform System on an other than full and open competition basis, in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1 Only One Responsible Source, from Cadence Design Systems, Inc. located at 2655 Seely Ave. Bldg. 5, San Jose, CA 95134. Cadence Design Systems Inc., as the sole designer, developer, original equipment manufacturer, and supplier of the ProtiumTM Prototyping Platform System, has been determined to possess the unique capability and expertise to satisfy the minimum needs of the Government.

The major requirement for this effort is the ProtiumTM Prototyping Platform System Hardware and Software. The scope includes the provision, delivery, installation, integration, calibration, and training of a ProtiumTM System in the Airborne Electronic Attack (AEA) Laboratory, Point Mugu, CA.
