Natural Gas Leak Detection Survey

Background
This procurement is for a non-personal service to provide all labor, hardware, equipment, and incidentals necessary to perform and conduct a mobile natural gas line leak detection survey of all distribution mains, a walking gas leak survey of all commercial and residential gas services up to and including the meter sets, and above ground distribution piping and distribution equipment at Malmstrom AFB, MT.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide all labor, hardware, equipment, and incidentals necessary to perform and conduct a mobile natural gas line leak detection survey of all distribution mains, a walking gas leak survey of all commercial and residential gas services up to and including the meter sets, and above ground distribution piping and distribution equipment at Malmstrom AFB, MT. The survey will cover service lines, up to 114,000 ft of gas mains and up to 5,000 testing locations.
The survey will be conducted according to regulatory requirements including 49 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) 192.723 treating the base as a business district. The Contractor shall also comply with environmental, safety, health regulations as well as security measures while on Malmstrom AFB.
