Background
The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is seeking to enter into a contract for the purchase of NATO LPG fuel coupons for use outside the contiguous United States (OCONUS), specifically in Italy.

The contract aims to establish a single award requirements contract with an ordering period of up to 60 months. The DLA Contracting Services Office is soliciting this requirement on an unrestricted basis, with the intent to ensure compliance with all technical requirements as outlined in the Statement of Work.

Work Details
The contract involves the production and delivery of NATO LPG fuel coupons. Key specifications include:
- Total estimated number of fuel coupons to be printed per year: 11,080 but not to exceed 20,000.
- Paper type: High Density Fluorescent.
- Cover weight: 145GR.
- Inside coupon weight: 90GR.
- Binding method: Tape Bound.
- Numbering format: OCR format reflecting information on the barcode, including:
- Bar code
- Check digit
- 6 characters for description of the coupon (e.g., GPL BOMBOLA 50 KG = GPL050)
- 6 characters for serial number
- 3 characters for quantity (e.g., printed as 005 for 5 kgs; 010 for 10 kgs)
- 2 characters for expiration year (e.g., EX. 2026=26).
- The reverse side must include anti-counterfeiting features and information in both English and Italian as specified in the attached specimens.

Period of Performance
The estimated period for production is from July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2030.
