**16Feb22 UPDATE: The following items have been posted: Industry Day Q&As, List of
Attendees at Industry Day, Solicitation N0003922R0003 and Attachment 1 PWS for
INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY (please note, there will be updates to this RFP when
the final solicitation is released. This RFP does not contain clauses for small business and
other changes that were made as a result of feedback from the solicitation). The
Government welcomes further comments and questions regarding the cancelled RFP but
will likely not answer the questions. Feedback will be taken into consideration at final
RFP release.
**15Feb22 UPDATE: The NILE PMO will hold a second ISS 5 Industry Day on Friday 18
February at 0900 PST on MS Teams. Please contact Ms. Amy Kilby at
amy.kilby2.fn@us.navy.mil with your name, company name, and email address in order
to be registered for the event. If you previously registered for the first Industry Day on
15 February, you are not required to re-register, and you will receive the MS Teams
invitation. Please note that the Industry Day on 18 February will involve the NILE PMO
playing the audio recording and video of the briefs from the event on 15 February, and
then holding an open question and answer session. All questions and answers will be
posted to eCommerce and www.link22.org following the event.
The Government plans to reissue the NILE In-Service Support 5 RFP set aside for small
business on eCommerce. To support this solicitation, the NILE PMO will hold an Industry
Day on Tuesday 15th February 2022 on MS Teams. The Industry Day will take place from
10:00 12:00 PST and will include program, technical, and contracting briefs, as well as
an open question and answer session.
