Work Details
NATO School Oberammergau (NSO) is seeking a next generation school information system solution to replace, integrate and enhance their existing application suite. The solution is expected to be developed and hosted on an Offeror’s cloud server. The RFP consists of the Offeror’s Instructions - PART I, General and Specific Provisions – Part II and the Request for Proposal - PART III. The Request for Proposal sets forth detailed specifications governing the performance requirements of the contract. The NSO will make the award to the most responsible/responsive Offeror whose offer aligns best with the NSO requirements and intent, all factors considered set forth in the solicitation documents.

Period of Performance
The Base Period of Performance (Design and Analysis) of this Contract shall be for a period of three (3) months from 15 October 2023 until 20 January 2024. Optional Development and Implementation Phase shall be a six (6) month option beginning 23 January 2024 and ending 20 June 2024 upon confirmation of NSO. Prices are at an agreed hourly rate with a proposed number of hours for the completion of the Phase. Contractor will provide a Schedule of Billing Rates for Additional Development offering fixed pricing through 30 June 2025.
