Native Grass and Forb Seed Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Base Plus 4 Option Years   2

Background
The U.S. Army is issuing a solicitation for the procurement of native grass and forb seed to support the maintenance and repair of Fort McCoy Training Lands. The goal of this contract is to stabilize erosion and enhance native plant communities, aligning with the Army's environmental stewardship objectives. This contract will be awarded as a firm-fixed-price, single award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract.

Work Details
The contractor will supply various native prairie grass and forb species as follows:
- Little Blue Stem (Schizachyrium scoparium): 700 Pounds
- Sideoats Gramma (Bouteloua curtipendula): 300 Pounds
- Canada Wild Rye (Elymus canadensis): 125 Pounds
- June Grass (Koeleria macrantha): 40 Pounds
- Wild Bergamont (Monarda fistulosa): 40 Ounces
- Hoary Vervain (Verbena stricta): 40 Ounces
- Round Headed Bush Clover (Lespedeza capitata): 40 Ounces
- Black Eyed Susan (Rudbeckia hirta): 400 Ounces
- Button Blazing Star (Liatris Aspera): 40 Ounces
- Common Milkweed (Asclepias syriaca): 40 Ounces
- Butterfly Weed (Asclepias tuberosa): 40 Ounces.

There is a minimum guarantee for the first year, but no minimum guarantee beyond that. The contractor will only be paid for actual quantities ordered and received by contract delivery order.

Period of Performance
The anticipated period of performance will be from January 13, 2025, through January 12, 2026, with four one-year option periods available.

Place of Performance
The products will be delivered to Fort McCoy, Wisconsin.
