Nationwide Electronic Security System IDIQ

Background
The United States Secret Service (USSS) is seeking proposals for Nationwide Electronic Security Systems (ESS) Lifecycle Support. This requirement is a 100% total small business set-aside. The goal of this contract is to provide comprehensive lifecycle support for electronic security systems at USSS-controlled sites, ensuring the safety and security of protectee residences.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the following tasks:

1. Site Evaluation: Conduct site evaluations and present findings to the Government.

2. ESS Infrastructure Support: Provide all necessary infrastructure to support ESS.

3. ESS Power Support: Ensure all power requirements for ESS are met.

4. ESS Installation and Maintenance: Adhere to installation and maintenance standards as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

5. Locksmith Support: Ensure locksmith services are appropriate for the ESS onsite.

6. Physical Security Measures Support: Implement physical security measures as required for the ESS onsite.

7. Installation Practices and Aesthetics: Ensure proper installation practices are followed and aesthetic requirements are adhered to during installation.

8. Acceptance Testing: Demonstrate operation and features of all components upon completion of installation or maintenance in the presence of the Technical Security Representative (TSR) or Contracting Officer Representative (COR).

Place of Performance
The primary place of performance will be at USSS Headquarters located at 950 H Street NW, Washington DC, with potential travel required to sites across all fifty states, Puerto Rico, and Guam.
