Nationwide Default & Recapture Appraisal Services

The USDA RD intends to award one Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to an Appraisal Management Company (AMC) to provide default (foreclosure) appraisal services for properties located in Rural America within the 50 US States and its territories in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) and Performance Work Statement (PWS), and BPA terms and conditions. The Agreement period of performance is for one (1) base year plus four (4) one (1) year option periods or until the amount of $25,000,000.00 is exhausted, whichever occurs first. This is a Firm Fixed Price BPA. Please ensure to include POCs, DUNS, and GSA Contract number in your response to this posting. Ensure to follow the solicitation and BPA Agreement in its entirety. Failure to comply with ALL submission requirements will be determined as incomplete and not considered for award. A brief synopsis of what this requirement entails is provided below: Providing nationwide foreclosure and recapture appraisal services, and written reports for estimates of opinions of market value and/or liquidation values for single family homes and some vacant lots in rural areas. The function of the appraisal reports will be to determine and report to the USDA the value of single-family properties based on one of three value types and definition to be communicated in each individual assignment engagement; (Market Value, Disposition Value, or Liquidation Value).
