Background
The National Weather Service (NWS) is responsible for issuing watches, warnings, forecasts, and advisories across the United States and its territories. An uninterrupted power supply is essential for the NWS to fulfill its mission effectively. The NWS utilizes Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems, which require reliable replacement batteries to maintain operational readiness. This contract aims to ensure that various brands and sizes of UPS units across the organization have access to necessary replacement batteries.

Work Details
The contract involves providing an assortment of replacement Uninterruptable Power Supply (UPS) batteries for multiple regions including Central, Western, Southern, Eastern, Alaska, and Pacific Regions. Specific deliverables include:

1. Replacement batteries for the Eaton Powerware 9315-50 UPS:
- 12 volt nominal High Rate Discharge UPS battery
- Constant discharge rating: minimum 145 watts per cell at 25 degrees C
- Design life: 10 years
- Thermally welded housing
- Absorbent Gas Mat technology

2. Replacement batteries for the Mitsubishi 2033A 50KVA UPS:
- 12 volt nominal High Rate Discharge UPS battery
- Constant discharge rating: minimum 315 watts per cell at 25 degrees C
- Design life: 12 years

3. Replacement batteries for the Mitsubishi 2033A 75KVA UPS:
- Constant discharge rating: minimum 350 watts per cell at 25 degrees C

4. Replacement batteries for the Mitsubishi 1133A 50KVA UPS:
- Constant discharge rating: minimum 300 watts per cell at 25 degrees C

5. Replacement batteries for the Toshiba 4400F3F series (50KVA and 80KVA):
- Constant discharge ratings of minimums ranging from 350 to 402 watts per cell at specified temperatures.

6. Additional UPS Batteries may include Eaton models such as the Eaton 9390-50 and Eaton 93PM series with similar specifications.

Period of Performance
Five year ordering period from the date of award.

Place of Performance
The products will be delivered to various locations across the United States including Kansas City, Fort Worth, Salt Lake City, Bohemia, Anchorage, and Honolulu.
