This solicitation for National Type 2IA Firefighter Crews acquisition will result in multiple Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts with fixed-price hourly rate Contract Line Item Number (s) (CLIN) for commercially available Type 2-IA Firefighter Crews and may include fixed-price daily rates for Optional Items as identified in Section B.2. The services of this Request for Proposals (RFP) are being acquired under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in conjunction with FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation. The effective period of the resultant contract(s) will be from date of award through 31 December 2021. At the Government's option, the contract(s) may be renewed for four (4) additional one-year periods, not to exceed four renewal periods.

This acquisition is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business Concerns. (See Section E.11 and FAR 52.219-6 Notice of Total Small Business Set-Aside (Nov 2020)).
