National Training and Data Center for WIPA Program   2

Background
The Social Security Administration (SSA) is issuing this solicitation for the National Training and Data Center to provide training, certification testing, data management, and technical assistance to the Work Incentives Planning and Assistance (WIPA) program.
The goal of this contract is to enhance the capabilities of the WIPA program through comprehensive training and support services.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the following tasks:
1. Conducting meetings and reports on a monthly basis.
2. Facilitating distance-based conference meetings.
3. Providing data reports on a monthly basis.
4. Updating CWIC and CPWIC initial training manuals and materials for policy and COLA changes.
5. Developing and updating supplemental training materials.
6. Conducting initial CWIC and CPWIC training sessions, including supplemental sessions as needed.
7. Providing distance technical assistance as well as on-site or distance-based intensive technical assistance.
8. Developing or updating technical assistance tools and materials, including help line training sessions and monitoring services.
9. Maintaining a website for the program, ensuring accessibility, and providing report-writing software solutions.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over multiple periods starting from July 18, 2025, to July 17, 2026, with options extending through subsequent years until January 17, 2031.

Place of Performance
The primary location for performance will be at the Social Security Administration's facilities in Baltimore, MD.
