National System for Geospatial-Intelligence (NSG) Consolidated Library (NCL) Operations, Integration, Sustainment Effort (NOISE)

THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes - it does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFP in the future. This RFI does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. Further, NGA is not at this time seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals. Responders are advised that the U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI. All costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the interested party's expense. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFP, if any is issued.

The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is soliciting ideas, capabilities, and input for an Operations and Sustainment (O&S) contract that will assume O&S functions for the NCL contract which expires in July 2019.

The RFI responses shall be submitted, in accordance with Section 4.0 of the RFI notification (attached). All responses should be submitted via email to christine.m.pistochini@nga.mil and Holley.A.Krukowski@nga.mil. Vendors should confirm receipt of all emails to ensure timely receipt of correspondence.
The deadline for submitting questions is 12:00 Noon ET, 31 May 2018.
All responses to the RFI are due no later than 5:00pm Eastern Time on 18 June 2018.
