Background
The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), specifically the Office of Chief Information Office (OCIO), is seeking contractor support to perform Development Modernization Enhancement (DME) work aimed at stabilizing, modernizing, and operationally sustaining the National Standards for the Physical Inspection of Real Estate (NSPIRE) inspection program.
